A Young Global Professional is an AIESEC candidate that has not only been through a stringent selection process, but possesses a range of competencies and practical experiences that will add value to your organisation.

AIESEC Selection Process

All candidates on the AIESEC have been through a pre-selection process consisting of:
  • Application
  • Interview
  • Assessment Centre
This means the initial groundwork is done for your company, and you’ll be gaining access to a pool of highly capable young candidates instead of wading through a pile of unsuitable applicants.
