Kia Ora and Welcome to AIESEC Manawatu Inc.
AIESEC Manawatu is the only organisation on campus which offers students not only practical, local work experiences through the ACTIVATE Leadership Programme, but also the opportunity to participate in our summer OE+ Internship Programme.
The ACTIVATE Leadership Programme is a ten-week programme where students are assigned to work in teams to achieve the final outcome of implementing a local project/event. During the programme, there will be workshops to help participants develop skills such as Teamwork, Public speaking, Effective communication, Networking, Writing proposals, Event management, Budgeting and Marketing. Unleash is designed to cater for all students, which means it does not matter what degree you are doing - the programme is relevant for everyone.
OE+ is a volunteer overseas internship programme. Students get the chance to go abroad during the summer break (November to February). They will live and work with the locals for a duration of 6-12 weeks on community projects or teaching English. Seeing the world, learning life skills and making life long-friends, the OE+ programme enriches your tertiary experience and helps you stand out from the average graduate. APPLY NOW!
