OE+ Global Community Development Programme
OE+ is a 6 to 12 week community development experience in one of the following fields: cultural education, HIV/AID’s, education, community development, environmental awareness and social entrepreneurship.
OE+ is focused on creating impact in the host environment; working with NGOs, schools or charities on the front line.
AIESEC New Zealand runs the Global Community Development Programme to create a positive impact in society while connecting students to the local realities of different communities.

- Central Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic)
What is provided during your internship:
- Accomodation is either provided free of charge or co-ordinated for you
- In-Country Orientation
- Introduction Information Package
- Local support in host country and in New Zealand
What is provided before and after your OE+?
- A buddy (a local student and AIESEC member) will help support you through the process, and stay in communication with you while you undertake your exchange.
- Visa and invitation letter support
- Pre-departure cultural support including preparation workshops on campus to help you deal with culture shock, tips and tricks on being away from New Zealand, and a chance to meet past participants.
- National Conferences and events
One national preparation conference (OPS) held in New Zealand to prepare you for your OE+
How much is it?
OE+ is $750 excluding flights, visas and travel insurance.
